La villa è situata nella periferia di Lecce, in un'oasi di tranquillità con un ampio giardino e una piscina dove rilassarsi durante l'estate. Le camere sono eleganti, ben riscaldate e pulite, con un segnale Wi-Fi stabile. La padrona di casa, Mina, è molto accogliente e premurosa, assicurandosi che gli ospiti non manchino di nulla. La colazione è abbondante e di alta qualità, paragonabile a quella di un hotel a cinque stelle. Un vantaggio è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della villa, per una maggiore tranquillità durante la notte.

Il tavolo da ping pong posizionato fuori dalla camera potrebbe disturbare chi desidera riposare la mattina presto.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the beautiful views from my room. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and a variety of restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful, made my stay more fun.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I was not happy with. the temperature of the pool in the spa was too cold, making it uncomfortable to swim in.

The hotel's location is convenient, as it is near a nice metro station and situated in a green garden at the beginning of Vitosha Promenade with open views of the snowy Vitosha mountain. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with standard amenities such as shower gel and shampoo. The service in the restaurant is efficient and accommodating, making it a good choice for those on expense accounts.

The housekeeping service can be improved, as they often forget to refill the in-room coffee and milk daily.

The hotel staff, especially the duty manager, provided excellent customer service and made me feel like royalty. The lobby decor was plush and comfortable, and the executive room had beautiful city views. The food at the lounge and restaurant was excellent, and the spa was super clean and beautiful. The location was ideal for exploring Sofia at night.

From the personalized check, in to the exclusive amenities provided, we felt pampered and indulged. the room was spacious, bright, and airy, with floor, to, ceiling windows that offered panoramic views of the nearby landmarks. the indoor swimming pool with its soothing Jacuzzi and sauna was a perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of explorations.

The only minor issue we had was the limited restaurant hours. While the in, room breakfast was exquisite, some of the other meals were not available during the times we wanted to dine.
